Solution
Electric Range Error Code F40 / F41 - Cooktop Lock Out
- Please reset the range by disconnecting the power to the unit for up to 30 seconds.
- You can disconnect power by either unplugging the unit or flipping the circuit breaker off and back on.
IF YOU WERE UNABLE TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE
- For units installed within the past 30 days, please refer back to your installer to resolve this issue.
- For units installed after 30 days please contact us to schedule service.
