What should I do if my gas flames are uneven or too high?

Solution
There are several steps you can try to resolve this issue. For more information, review the “Before You Call” section of your Owner’s Manual.
Check the following:
- Burner caps are seated properly.
- Moisture may be present after cleaning.
- Burner slots or ports are not clogged.
- Surface knob may be set too high.
