Is the basket over filled with food?

• Prepare a smaller amount of ingredients.
  

Is the temperature set correctly?

• If the temperature is set too low, try increasing the temperature by using the control keys.
  

Did you turn/rotate the food, or shake it?

• By turning/rotating or shaking the food at half the cooking time has passed, can produce better cooking results.
