Grill and Griddles - How do I set the temperature for the grill plates?

Solution

You will need to select either ‘panini’ or ‘griddle’ mode using the mode control knob.

• In ‘panini’ mode, both grill plates will be heated to Low, Medium or High, based on the selected setting.
• In ‘griddle’ mode, you will need to use the dual temperature controls to set each plate to the desired temperature.
