Grill and Griddles - Why are the grill plates not heating up?
Applies to
- Grill and Griddles
Solution
First, check to be sure the appliance is plugged in. If it is, be sure both the grill plates are in the correct position and properly secured.
If you are using the ‘panini’ mode, select either the Low, Medium or High temperature (left knob).
If you are using the ‘griddle’ mode, be sure you have set the temperature for both plates (middle and right knobs).
