Solution

Is this a newly installed unit?

  • Make sure the drain hose was installed properly. Check for any a high loop and for any kinks in the drain hose.

Has the drain hose been bumped or moved?

  • A kink in the drain line can cause drain issues or water to pool in the bottom of dishwasher after the cycle is complete.
  • Try to unkink and realign the drain hose and start a new cycle for the unit to drain and reset.

When was the last time the glass trap and filter got cleaned?

  • Sometimes food and debris can clog the glass trap and filter. Remove the glass trap and filter and rinse it out with warm water.

Is the unit connected to a garbage disposal?

  • Verify the knockout plug has been removed to allow proper drainage.

Did unit stop in the middle of a cycle?

  • Note: If the unit doesn’t drain properly during a cycle, on some models you may notice flashing indicator lights. This is normal and typically signals a drainage issue.
  • To reset the current cycle:
    Press and hold the Cancel button for 5–10 seconds. This will clear the existing cycle.
  • To drain the unit:
    Start a new cycle after resetting.
