Solution

Does the unit have power?

• Check the to make sure the display lights up to verify power.
• Make sure the power cord was not accidently unplugged.
• Check the breaker box, if there was a recent power outage.
  
  

Has the door shut completely?

• The unit will not start unless the door is securely shut and latched.
  
  

Has delayed start been activated?

• If delayed start has been turned on the unit will not start until start time has been met.
• To cancel this hold down the the CANCEL button until the unit resets.
  
  

Are there any flashing lights or Error Codes being displayed?

Is there water going into the unit?

• The unit will not run unless there is water running to it.
• Verify that the water hoses have been turned on.
  

Has the drain hose been installed properly?

• If the drain hose is not installed properly or clogged it could cause the unit not to start.
