How do I purchase a Frigidaire product and initiate a pickup from a retail partner store?

Solution

Some Frigidaire products can be purchased on Frigidaire.com and picked up at a retail partner store, such as Best Buy.

Here’s how:

  • Products available for pick up at a retail partner store will show a button with availability for picking up at retail partner locations within your specified zip code. If no button is available, then the specific item is not available for pick up.
  • For a product with a retail partner pick up, enter in your zip code and select the store location you wish to pick up from and add the product to cart.
  • For major appliances, confirm the pickup location you selected when you select your delivery and service options. For all other products confirm the pickup location in cart and checkout.
    • If you wish to update the pickup location, select the pencil icon and select another pickup location.
  • Once you have confirmed the pickup location for your product, you can review and confirm the order summary in the cart and proceed to the check out.
  • Enter in your contact information in check out step 1 and then select the button “continue to pickup”.
  • On the Pickup step of check out you can review the pickup location and details of your item in the “In-store pickup” and “Pickup location” sections that includes the date your item(s) is ready for pickup and other product information. In the “Pickup person” section confirm the name input of the pickup person you noted in the first step of checkout. Only the pickup person in this field is allowed to pick up the order. If you wish to change the name of the pickup person, simply click the pencil icon or “Change pickup person” link to adjust the information and hit save.
  • Continue to the billing section where you can confirm your contact and pick up information and enter your billing information. Fill in your billing information and complete your payment to place the order.
  • The order confirmation page will contain a summary of your order and pick up information. Additionally, you will receive an order confirmation email with information on next steps for picking up your order from our retail partner.

Once the selected store has located and prepared your product(s), an email will be sent to the pickup person that the order is ready to pick up.

The designated pickup person must bring a government-issued photo ID and the ready for pickup email with them to the Store Pickup counter.

Orders must be picked up within 5 days or they will be cancelled, and your payment method will be refunded.
