Load Out of Balance

Sometimes, when a load it out balance, it may prevent the washer from spinning.

• Turn Power off.
• Wait for the lid to unlock.
• Rearrange the clothes.
• Restart the washer.
• If it is a smaller load, add a few similar items to balance the load.

Troubleshooting

• Laundry load cannot be too large,
• Check to ensure all shipping materials have been removed. (Ex. check for Styrofoam underneath the unit and for shipping bolts).
• Ensure that the unit is level.
• Check to make sure the hoses are not reversed.
