Microwaves - How do I change the surface light in my microwave?
Applies to
- Microwaves
Solution
First, unplug the microwave or turn off the power at the circuit breaker. Then, remove the the two sets of mounting screws on the bulb cover. Remove and replace the old bulbs with 30-watt appliance bulbs. (We recommend changing both bulbs at the same time while the bulb cover is off. This will save you from repeating the process in the near future.) Reinstall the bulb cover and mounting screws. Remember to plug the microwave back in or flip the circuit breaker back to the ON position when you're done.
[I don't know if we sell these bulbs via C&A but this would be an ideal place to provide a link to the bulbs on their pages if we do.]
