Stone-Baked Pizza Cooking Instructions
STEP 1: Press the ON/OFF power button to turn on your oven

STEP 2: Select Stone-Baked Pizza on the control panel, and press Start. This will start the preheating cycle.

NOTE: Preheat will take approximately 30 minutes. Preheat with door closed, this is required for Stone-Baked Pizza mode preheat.
STEP 3: While preheating – make your pizzas! For more information see, Stone-Baked Pizza - Cooking Tips and Tricks
NOTE: The oven will give you an alert with 30 seconds left, that’s your cue to grab the pizza peel and get ready!
REMINDER: Make sure your oven volume is on. Please refer to your Use and Care Manual for instructions on how to adjust if needed.
STEP 4: Place the fresh pizza on the Pizza Peel dusted with cornmeal. This will prevent pizza from sticking to the Peel. For more information, see Stone-Baked Pizza - Peel Guide.
STEP 5: When the display shows a message to insert the pizza, slide the pizza from the Peel onto the Pizza Stone with a swift, smooth motion.
TIP: Before placing the pizza into the oven, gently shake the peel to ensure the pizza isn’t sticking. If needed, lift edges and add more cornmeal.
TIP: Use the backstop to help the pizza slide back onto the peel.

STEP 6: Close the oven door and touch CONFIRM to start the cooking process. If you do not confirm the start of the baking process, your pizza may not bake properly. The baking process will last only 2 minutes.

STEP 7: After 2 minutes, the pizza is cooked. Open the door and check your pizza. If you prefer for the pizza to cook longer, you can add 15 seconds by selecting +15S.
STEP 8: When the pizza is ready, remove it by sliding the peel under the pizza, until it touches the backstop on the Pizza Shield. Remove the peel with your pizza from the oven.
NOTE: If you are going to make another pizza, select Continue and the oven will begin a short reheat cycle. After the reheat cycle, the oven will signal Pizza Ready and repeat instructions.
STEP 9: Press DONE.
