• Refrigerator is not producing ice.

Solution

How to fix or adjust refrigerator's auger

1. Switch the Control (UI) Panel to CRUSHED.
2. Remove the ice bucket
3. Continuously press down the dispenser paddle for 2 minute intervals (releasing the paddle and then pressing the paddle again) for a total of 3 times (6 minutes total).
   • NOTE: This will melt and evaporate any ice around the auger motor shaft.
4. Switch the control (UI) panel to CUBE.
5. Reinsert the ice bucket, close the door, and try to dispense ice again.
6. Check to make sure the unit is dispensing ice properly.
